Smells like a cider with sour green apple and champagne notes. 

Taste: warm alcohol upfront then the tart green apple hits, followed with Belgium style yeast flavors - dry finish. 

It's a really complex beer that must be appreciated over time as the 7% will sneak up - higher alcohol is hidden well. Light body, medium high carbonation. 

On a blind taste you would thjnk someone combined champagne, beer and cider to create this Saison.
